I doubt that she will stay vegan. It's not an easy lifestyle, but I guess if you're Oprah, you can have someone else prepare your food constantly you could handle it.

Who knows if it will last or not, but either way she's inspiring people to try veganism a bit and to at the very least cut back on their meat consumption.
